Outland’s Kingdom Arts and Sciences Tournament – Plague Edition
The Kingdom of the Outlands will be holding the Kingdom Arts and Sciences Tournament - Plague Edition on October 10 and 11, 2020. Because Their Majesties are encouraging Their populace to stay at home and stay safe and to discourage the exchange of phlegm and plague particles, the Arts and Sciences Tournament will be held in the ethereal confines of the Internet. Participants are requested to submit their works by midnight MST September 27, 2020. On October 10, all the entrants will have a videoconference with their judges. These will be scheduled by the KMOAS office. On Sunday October 11, 2020, the 3 highest scored Championship entrants from Saturday will have another interview with a panel of 5 judges to decide the final winner.
Entrants may enter up to 2 entries. You may submit up to eight photos of your project and a link to a video on YouTube or Vimeo as well as all the customary documentation. Use those pictures wisely and use the video to make a presentation of your project. You can find a user guide for the site at https://moas.outlands.org/sites/default/files/userguide.pdf. Make sure to select “2020- Kingdom A&S Tournament” and check the box for “Compete for Champion” if you are interested in competing for Champion. The requirements to compete for Champion are that you must have two entries, each of which are entered in a different category. The Champion and the top five scoring entries will be asked to represent the Kingdom at the Estrella war.

Object Rubric - This form is used for an item where the final product should be judged more than the process to create it.;
Process Rubric - This form is used for an entry where the final product is not as amazing as the process used to make it. For example, an entry like a piece of vellum is not very flashy, but if it was made from scratch with period tools and techniques, it is amazing.;
